We are putting our house on the market today , April  25th , as we are relocating due to work commitments.

The house is particularly suited to a professional couple who need space for accomodating guests and friends for dinner parties, those large family gatherings or just having friends over for drinks after work.

As well as the master bedroom, there are two great sized guest rooms for overnight guests.

It's really central for local schools, shops, pubs etc, with the new Citywest shopping centre just a 5 minute stroll away, so theres no need for a car if you prefer not to drive, or if the car is being used elsewhere.

The house is on a quiet cul de sac, with no passing traffic, as the safety of our children had always been crucial to us.

The 3 bedrooms are quite large, and all fully fitted with Sliderobe wardrobes, and the kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern family facilities, as we love to cook.

The private rear garden has been beautifully appointed with  decking and it's just wonderful for those extended family barbecues or that relaxing glass of wine in the summer evenings.

As we love to dine "al fresco", the outdoor dining area is simply devine, and the envy of all our friends !! (See the photos attached)

To be honest we're really sad to sell, as the house has wonderful character, and has been a terrific home to our family.
