By way of background, I started this website to sell my own property,
and I just couldn't believe how successful it turned out to be.
I sold my property via this website to someone from overseas for a great price, I paid no agent fees and
very little on marketing expenses. I had also listed my property with an excellent local estate agent, but
ultimately it sold through this website. The key lesson I learnt was that the eventual buyer would never have seen the property in the estate agents window or even
on the estate agents website as they just didn't know where to look ! That's when it hit me
other house sellers needed an easy and inexpensive way to promote their property for sale on
the web to people who are not that familiar with all of the names and websites of the various local estate agents

Why not charge ? - We have been asked by quite a few people why we don't charge for our listing service ? Other sites with far fewer visitors are charging €150 plus for basic listings, yet offer the same listing for free ! The bottom line is that we want the number of property seekers & sellers who are using the site to grow and we want them to tell all their friends to visit too ! The best way to help people find their dream property is to have lots of property on the site.
